This place is great! I have lived here for 2 years now and couldn't be happier! All of the women in the office have been great to deal with! When they are not here there is a concierge in the lobby at all times...I always feel like any problem that I have is taken care of either immediately or in a very timely fashion. I pay a lot to live here and I also get a lot!
I have lived in a regular apartment complex that has so called "Monthly Happy Hours" which basically means that you meet at an area bar and pay for your own drinks! When they have the Happy Hour here, management provides not only the alcohol but a nice little spread of food. You are already home so you don't have to worry about driving after you've been drinking.
The pool is absolutely beautiful! Everything is very well maintained and clean. Sure, things break, elevators have issues from time to time but everything is fixed very quickly! It's no different than any other apartment complex or owning your own home...other than there is always someone here to address the problems!
I am in the process of purchasing my condo and would refer anyone and everyone to live here! The only thing I would warn you about is the other tenants that have nothing better to do than get in everyone's business and complain about anything and everything humanly possible!

First of all...You don't even know me!!! If I were you, you gutless wonder "Anonymous"...I would keep your slanderous comments to yourself!!! Secondly, you are a complete moron...do you not read what you write before submitting? Did you even graduate from kindergarten? I would spend more time pushing the spell check and Thesaurus buttons before hitting the submit button if I were you...Actually, I have a better idea....MOVE if you don't like it here!
