It's an okay place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   No apartment complex is perfect. The only problems I've had were with the gym equipment were not working and there was a leak in our wall. The construction of this place I must admit is horrible. Who ever the builders where should be ashamed. I will tell you why, because you can here when the upstairs neighbor is using the bathroom and taking a shower because I hear it all the time through the thin walls. I here every footstep the upstairs neighbors do when they go down to there garage. The walls are so thin. Last thing people want to wake up in the middle of the night to is their neighbor using the bathroom. These are my flaws about this place. I'm sure I'm not the only person living here who knows about the loud water drainage through the walls.
