My job causes me to move around alot. So I have lived in several Luxury Style Apartments in Southeast Texas. I have lived at this complex for approximatley two years. I have been very happy with the service from management and when a minor problem does arrise, I recieved prompt service from the front office to correct the problem. The construction of this complex compares with all the rest I have lived in. The garage is a great plus in my book. This one does seem to have loud plumbing and if you choose a downstairs apartment you will hear your upstairs neighbors as in any other apartment I have lived in. After reading the other entries related to this complex I noticed some residents were concerned about crime problems. Well, before I chose this apartment for my family I researched the crime in the area and the research indicated that this area of Houston does not have a serious crime problem. I also noticed that this complex had the lowest crime problem in the imediate area. I have read alot of postings from several areas in this city and it appeared to me that in a city this size property theft occurs everywhere. I feel lucky that I found a nice quiet safe place for my family. I currently live here with my wife and children and will recommend this apartment complex to anyone if asked.
