HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION!!!!!! From: hacelica Date posted: 10/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   ok im living in a 3 bedrooms/2 baths for $1132 a month. ever since the first day i moved in a had regreted every single day. i complained and complained everyday since i moved in. this place maintanance and staffs are horrible. they tell you one thing and then another. the apartment wasnt ready until a week later and they told me the reason why is because they wanted to put brand new carpet in. and when we moved in we were getting bitten up by bugs and fleas. they told us the people that lived there before had 2 dogs and a cat. i know you're not allowed to have that many pets in the first place. if it was supposed to be brand new carpets than it shouldn't had been that bad. we were getting bit up like crazy. now we have scars all over our body. they told us that the pest control didnt see anything there the 3 times that they had came out. one day we were sitting in our living room i saw a flea on me and of course it bit me but i had caught it. if i haven't had caught one then they would have never believed me even when we showed them all of our bites. they still couldn't get rid of it. i was so so close to get a lawyer. it got down to the point that the manager went ahead a nd let me out of my lease. now that i found one she said that i cant leave until the end of the month while we're just suffering. we've been there for like 2 disgusting miserable months. half of the time we went to go stay with our friends or our family. and remember their prices are pretty high $1132 and we still dont like to go home. the manager sucks so bad i hate talking to her. i am moving out the end of this month and im just counting the days down. before that i was at a one bedroom apt. and i love the place and the staffs but then after the new staffs came along half of the time i call for maintanance they dont even come until after you call them like 3-4 times. i was on my own at the time so i cant really just get up and move.
