The outside and office lobby are beautiful but the apartments themselves are very bad. There is a serious roach problem. I had bugs coming out of my plumbing! The buildings leak every time it rains. My apartment was dirty when I moved in and when I complained I was asked what my definition of "clean" was. The microwave was broken and it took weeks to get it replaced. All remote controls for the gates/garages were deprogrammed and it took over 6 months to get them programmed again. As the only person who knew how to to do the task was too busy to get it done, they just left all the gates open. There is no security guard at this facility. Ever. Neighbors party and fight at all hours but the management does nothing about it. The managers are very nice and polite but do not actually accomplish anything. They tell you they will and that they want to and they are sooo sweet, but do not get it done. I would rather have rude but effective rather than sweet but useless.

The roach infested part probably came from some nasty neighbor who brought them along when they moved in! I use to live at this property for 2years...it sucks that it is going down hill.

I currently rent here. I've talked to a couple of my neighbors and no on i know is staying here after their lease is up. I could have moved to the ghetto and save $300 a month because its the same thing staying here. When I see the leasing agents trying to show the apartments and I shake my head.
