Three Fountains III

I was treated well. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I was treated quite well here. I only lived there on a short term lease because I was only in Houston for the summer. I had always heard horror stories about apartment management, but they were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they said that rent was on a particular day, but they didn't mention that it had to be paid before they close that day. I dropped it in the mail slot about 30 minutes after they closed ON the day the rent was due and was charged something like $50 for it being late. Other than that, I was impressed with Three Fountains III.
