I have been here for 3 years. While I have seen some management come and go, I have always been satisfied - except for one visiting manager who was a B.O.W.. The more mature management people really do better.
I am a freak about noise and have had good luck with the unit I am in. The only problem is the hardscape of the courtyards and the HUGE single-pane windows...people talking in the courtyards at a stage whisper are too loud when you are trying to sleep, if your bedroom window is on the courtyard side. But the unit itself is quiet - as I have only a unit to the side, and no one above or below. I do wish they'd carpet the 2nd story walkways as they are wooden, and can be loud when people in dress shoes walk up there. Maintenance needs are cared for.
The only thing I really hate is that the trash dumpster is all the way at the back of the property - which makes taking out the trash an ordeal. I wish they did trash pickup.
My electric bill is a little high in summer (has goen up past $100), so I put in a programmable thermostat to fight back. It is because the windows are so large, and not sealed well.
