It has been 3 weeks since I moved in. Here's my experience so far with this place.

1. My unit is infested with roaches. I have been disinfecting my unit with hospital strength cleaning solution every single week. I am a hospital pharmacist so I know what hygiene really means. In addition to roach spray, I have deployed roach motels throughout the unit. And, these critters just keep coming back. So far, I have not had a meal or snack in the apartment!

2. Residents are entitled to reserve parking spaces. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive one. "We are working on it..." is the excuse I have been getting each time I call. Isn't it ridiculous the people managing this place have not been keeping track of residents' parking spaces' They claimed they have sent surveys out to help them identify people's parking spots. They have tried calling the people who have yet to return their completed surveys.

3. On the up side, it is a quite community.

I am sure the property managers have their own excuses. But the bottom line is that my experience with this place has been negative. Since it has been 3 weeks since I have moved in, I don't need explanations. I need results. Given the circumstances, I truly believe I have been more than courteous and patient with them. If you are thinking about moving to this place, you better think twice.

I have read your rating, and I find yours to be more consistent with ratings of other apartments. When I clicked to see the ratings on this complex, all I saw were good ratings (seems like they are too good). This left me with a high level of skepticism, not upon your rating, but regarding all of the other ones. It leaves me with the impression that the management that runs the apartment were more than likely the individuals who posted those ratings (for obvious reasons). I do not know if you are informed by email when you get a response to your rating, but if you do, would you please tell me more about your experience since. I have been apartment shopping for a little while. Thank you in advance.
