Three Fountains III

Quiet, Hidden, Well-Managed From: Joey@tuts.com Date posted: 1/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Comparing the value of Three Fountains III with many others I had considered at the time made me a bit skeptical, as it seemed a little too good to be true. As it turns out, I am that person with a too good to be true place to live. Management of it couldn't be more helpful, down to earth, personable, and protective of its tenants. My apartment saves energy with a brick wall that adds character, has many outlets, and feels tucked away in the complex much like the apartments feel 'tucked away' in the middle of the city. And those are just a few things which other apartments advertised as 'PERKS' but with the added cost to show it. I've lived here since September 2006, and my skepticism couldn't have been further from the truth. I DID find that one perfect place to live (great price, private, accessibility to everything A - Z including Memorial Park), at a value that everyone will question, 'Really''. Valuable apartment living in Houston does exist at Three Fountains III. And no, this is not an advertisment.
