Fast maintenance response, well kept, superior management, very quiet, no sign of crime while I was there (6 months)

I can't wait to check these out! But for some unlucky feeling in my gut i doubt they will be in my budget range :( i couldn't find them anywhere online and looked up there address and i want to see them this afternoon. I tried calling the office but it went to voicemail because i just wanted to see if i had to scratch this place off my list before i even get to see it... :crossing fingers: we'll see. Glad you guys love your place though! We need more affordable (but WELL MANAGED & UNIQUE) apartments in Houston. That a full-time first renter, 19 female & white can live safely too! I spoke with a lady today at an apartment complex and she said the apartment market is high because foreclosures on homes etc... that blows. They need to manage their money so us trying-to-be-independents can have a decent place to live. I'm from the Cypress area and work off Richmond so my drive to work is currently anywhere from 1 & a half to 2 hours... i need to move soon. Any help would be LOVELY!
