I am currently living at the apartments right now, and have been for about a year or so. I read all the reviews posted on here so far, and i must admit i am in shock! I am not an employee working there and to prove it, my e-mail is available and im not posting as anonymous :) The apartments themselves are very well maintained. The pool is never dirty, there is never trash on the grounds and landscaping is great! As far as maintenance... well anything that i needed fixed, (which was only once) was fixed on a timely manner (that same day!). Management...' What can i say' They are very nice people and that is why when i read that management is only looking out for themselves and put money first before their tenants, i laughed. Im sure the person that posted negative things about management, just didnt get their way right on the spot about something. What i have to say about that is, well try running an apartment, its not easy. I have met almost the whole staff and none of them seemed snobby or snooty. If anything they were very polite and attended to my needs on a timely manner. On to the next issue i read about -safety, security-. Do people not see the news now days' We are in a recession and so many people have lost their jobs causing them to go out and commit crimes. Crime rate went up everywhere, not only at this apartment or on this side of town. I on one hand walk my dog every day, sometimes in the morning before i go to work, sometimes in the afternoon if i go home for lunch, or even at NIGHT if i work late. And the thing is, i am not the only one out and about during the morning, afternoon, or night. I see people jogging, riding bikes, walking their dogs, and kids playing at any given hour. Yes sometimes crime will happen, just like it will anywhere. No place is safe 100%, but i know the staff does everything possible to keep the apartments safe. There is a constable and a sheriff living there that try their best to make sure the place is safe. However understand they also have to work out on the streets patrolling, not just for the apartment, and that is why Tiburon apartments hired a security guard to patrol at night. Tiburon management wouldnt have done that if they were just looking for money first, obviously they care MORE THAN ENOUGH about us tenants and hired a security guard just so we tenants can be more at peace! So again no apartment is perfect, i know because i have been a renter at plenty apartments and moved alot due to jobs, but no other apartment including staff, security, maintenance, and management even neighbors came close to this one. So props to all the staff at Tiburon, keep up the great job!!!! You have a more than happy tenant here, amongst other tenants/friends that i know living there.
