The apartment complex was completely misrepresented when we came to look at it. We agreed to rent due to the special being offered and the promise that we would have a quiet, peaceful place to live. Within 90 days we had four floods and a fire. Notified the City, who finally forced them tomake repairs. We have over $500 in deposits up which we will never recover. EXTREMELY VIOLENT COMPLEX this was hidden from us until after we had signed a lease and moved in only to discover for ourselves. Apartment management relies on professed ignorance of conditions as a defense. Managers appear to be hampered by owners who prefer a slum to a decent place to live. We intend to live out our lease and chalk the experiences here to a bad memory.

I am the Manager of this community and I am sorry that you are unhappy. I have not been aware of any of the problems that you are discussing. I don't recall a fire or a flood on the community nor any violant activity. Perhaps if you come to my office and speak to me about your concerns then I can help you resolve these problems. Everybody knows that these apartments are bad. You are there for at least a couple of hours a day. So for you to say that you are unaware is just plain stupid Julie. I wouldn't call it ignorance, because you know how it is.
