This is the WORST apartment complex you can move into. I am a female. When I lived there I & a friend were assulted at the basketball courts. The apartments would NOT tell me their names so I could press charges. Then one night I accidentally parked in a handicap parking spot because it was not marked properly & it was the only spot away from where the men who assulted me were standing. The complex towed my car.
One weekend when I came home from out of town, my downstairs bathroom was flooded. All they did was repair the sheetrock. A couple of weeks later when it rained, the bathroom downstairs flooded again. The damage was so extensive I could litterly see through to the outside. They would not give me a different apartment to stay in unless I paid a higher deposit. Then they tried to charge me with the repairs upon moveout.
I also had some stranger come to my door to try to sell me drugs! Thank goodness my boyfriend answered the door instead of me.
After I moved out they charged me bogus fees. I had to sue them in court to get my credit cleared & money back. I DID WIN in court against them. I also know this is not an isolated incident, for I personally know of several other residents this happened to as well. They are currently deciding if they want to sue them as wel
So again I urge you to stay AWAY from them. If for some reason you do choose to move there, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES when you move out - YOU WILL NEED THEM!
