Houston Tivoli Apartments: Run by an Alcoholic Manager, doesn't listen to problems. Police constantly raiding the place, fighting. The manager actually encourages it, the ----- has free beer parties every friday, everybody gets drunk, everbody tries to ---- the other's wife or girlfriend, which leads to constant fighting, and Police involvement.

The comments are super interesting, yall must be on a different side than us. I have never seen one police car and there has never been any fighting that I am aware. I am resident not office staff. Just wanted to share my opinion.

I can definitely validate the parties. When I moved in I was told about them by the alkie manager. I'm a college kid so I don't mind alot of this sort of thing, and I'm top floor so noise isn't so bad. But the free beer party that turns into a drunken orgy... most definitely true. I've participated. No one's really bad here; alot of us are just young HPers that still like to party. And the cops don't show up THAT often, and when they do, you're pretty safe cuz the management has your back as much as they can. If you're 30 you might want to consider a less party-oriented place, however. I can see where some people might get a bit upset about it if it's not their cup of tea.
