I had my AC repaired twice only for it to quit cooling AGAIN right before I moved out, they LOST my move out letter, the security gate was broken for about a month (yeah, great security), they have noisy people at the pool until 1 am all the time and nobody cares because it is usually someone from the office doing it and there is NO professionalism whatsoever from the office! Believe me, go somewhere else where there is some order, rules and policies that are actually enforced! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

ok now I am questioning your intellect, because if you new any thing about houston or security, you would know that they are access gates, not security gates, so please before you deside to complain about Tivoli, go back to school!also it is funny that when the pool is closed, an officer of the law personally comes out and locks the gate, is it Tivolis fault that people do not have the respect or intelligence to no that locked gates mean stay out!
