Let me say that I have never had any problems with anything or anyone at Tivoli. I am extremely happy there. As far as the people with issues, I am sorry that you have had a bad experience, but mine has been far from bad. Everyone has been accomodating and kind. The staff is professional, and considerate. I feel very safe living there. My boyfriend loves it that he can leave during the week with the certainity that he knows I will be okay. I work out in the gym and I also tan in the tanning bed, I love both! I love how close and convenient it is to the mall, HEB, Wal-Mart, Target and many gas stations. It is near very many great restaurants. I am happier than anything living here and I am trying to get some of the people I work with to actually come and enjoy it as well! And some of my family. Anyone who has ever come to my apartment has fallen in love with the atmosphere and how nice the apartments are on the inside. About having to pay for smoke damage in the last post - it is in your lease about smoking in your apartment and having to pay to have smoke damage reversed.....sorry. And to all who are upset about Tivoli, I am sorry BUT I love it and would absolutely let my little brother and sister come and live here and feel safe they were there!

and why would someone make their name "happyaspierenter"? - FOR REAL?? CLUE TO THE IDIOTS IN THE OFFICE - JUST POST ANONYMOUSLY!!! IT'S A LOT LESS CONSPICUOUS THAN "KimAtTivoli" or "happyaspierenter". And, don't use your the same selling points that you do with new prospects like I love the tanning bed and the gym. Be original, think outside the box. Give (even if they are fake) - SPECIFIC examples of something that a resident may have encountered...like I decided to get a cat, and they worked with me on my pet deposit, OR my garbage disposal broke and my sink was dripping. They had to order parts for the disposal but fixed the sink the same day, and came back to fix the garbage disposal just one day later. Not just - I love it here, it's close to everything and there is a tanning bed!
