I have lived at Tower Gardens for 6 years.
If you are looking for a HOME and you want beautiful hardwood floors and tile in the kitchen this is the place for you.
The apartments are more like a house than an apartment.
There is a wonderful pool and you go out and sit and most of the time you have it all to yourself.
I read the review about the manager and that just simply must be a mistake.
Maybe the writer posted the review to the wrong property.
My manager is great.
When I am out of town she gets my mail and waters my plants and feeds my cat.
I have lived at alot of other properties and no manager would do that.
She is nice and is always out on the property sweeping or watering plants.
The only time I heard her speak of the owners she said the "corperate office" in fact that is what she always says "I will ask the corporate office".
Anyway, if you want a great place to live and you want peace and quiet and you want hardwood floors, tile, cool appliances and a bay window you need to lease here.

I did want a home, but it's hard to make a home when there are stained carpets the manager refuses to replace, a non-working guest sink, older appliances and outdated linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. The bay windows are nice. Your unit sounds much nicer than mine was.
