Quiet and Nice From: rad20@rediffmail.com Date posted: 1/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been here for almost a year now. I think this place is OK. Although, it is old, it has been maintained well. I have never had problems with bugs or roaches. But, there have been a few instances of car break ins. Overall, it is a nice apartment.
