Trails at Dominion Park
< | >
Not happy with this apt complex at all...From the time I moved in 6 months ago-the security gate has been broken and the office response to me asking when the gate will be fixed is that they are currently waiting on a part...it has been 6 months and my car has been broken into 3 times...I believe the fourth time this happens is reason enough for me to get out of this lease. Maintenance does not respond in a timely matter and the office staff does not take their jobs seriously...they lie to get you into an apt and then ignore you when you have problems...i would not recommend this apt complex to anyone!!!!

Which section of the Trails on Dominion Park do you live in? I know they have different areas? Also, do you live in the back? I was thinking about moving there and was very curious. Thank you for your quick response.

if you are looking at getting out of your lease make sure that everything is documented and you have a signed copy. also when your car is broken into be sure to file a police report. and get copies. also fill out an incident report with the front office and get a copy if they will allow. if not have them sign something saying that you reported it on such and such date. keep all these copies you will need them. There are legal ways to break your lease contract and you can contact HAA (Houston Apartment Assoc.) for advice and the correct procedures to follow. Also read your lease the section called responaibilities of owners it will go over if we fail to do things what you are able to do. Also tho the person wanting to know area and section they lived in. It is all bad. the gate is always broken at the park someone got killed at the square i think it was ( the one accros from the office on dominion park) in front of the guard shack and at the grove there are constant break ins. they change management like underware i work in the apt industry and use to live there. all I can say is get a crime rate and that is anywhere that you go. take thinngs that you read on websites like these with a grain of salt for the most part they are true but people dont post hings about a plce until someone pisses them off. if you have to move to that area then this is one of the better complexes but i will tell you they have a crime problem. security sucks. My neighbor got locked out one night from her apt. her room mate was very ill. we called the answering sevice and security because we were not getting a response from her. we explained the situation to the security officers and the office staff still no one would let us in. we explained that her life was on the line and no one cared. my neighbor told them that she did not have to go inside just they could go in to check on her. no one did. we were just told that if we did break in we would be held responsible for any damages. by the time we were able to break into it her roomate had already passed. that will be the type of people that you will be giving your hard earned $ to.

Many of the residents who want better are moving to Republic Hollow Tree in Cypress Station, Chris, the best leasing agent they ever had works there and he will help you and be honest, best customer service I ever experienced.
