Office staff is careless and unprofessional

The place looked wonderful when first touring the property. I was amazed at how beautiful everything was and how nice the office was. Until they got my money. After I had put down the deposit and application fee. They quit calling me. I would call and different people would tell me different information. No one called me or made any effort to contact me till 2 weeks after we had applied. I was told by one person that we did not meet the income guidelines and a few days later another person told me we did make enough. I checked the income and we did not meet the income requirements, yet they were going to approve us anyways. They were horribly mismanaged and very rude when trying to figure things out. I'm glad we didn't move there. I'd like the thank the person who told me we didn't meet the qualifications. For all the money they charge to live there, you would think they'd provide better customer service.
