Trails at Rock Creek

BAD!!! YUCKY!!! DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE From: god_s_luv@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Ok, I moved here when I was pregnant and stayed for about 8 months ( I was forced to break my 13 month lease). FIRST DAY water was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom, THIRD DAY Toilet messed up, Garbage disposal messed up, NOISY annoying CRAZY neighbors, Drug lords throwing garage parties bassing techno,raving, problems with a/c, leaking a/c,etc., a total of 15 complaints!!! NEEDLESS to say IT WAS REDICULOUS!! Once I had my baby my apartment was invaded by LARGE RED FIRE ANTS that would NOT go away! Maintnace/ BUGLESS(VERY RUDE TOO!) sprayed water on them, refused to help me move furniture to spray!!! You could see HUGE mounds ALL OVER THE COMPLEX, everyone had ants! Our noisy neighbors got on my last nerve one night at 1 am bassing music and cars coming in and out of garage so I took matters into my own hands; I called cops and they must have been doin SOMETHING wrong because 2 guys were put in the cop car!!! Couple days later I saw the cops arresting people from another apartment by me! SCARY! LAST STRAW: My neighbors above me were LOUD, Constantly Bassin music and stomping and screaming, I told office several times and eventually they must have left a warning for eviction and I recived nasty notes on my car and a threatening weapon on my patio by my bedroom window. I told the management and they said there wAS not really anything they could DO--!'!'! I packed up and moved. Had to break my lease, for our safety. I moved down the street to STONE CANYON apartments, BETTER rates and REALLY nice management,MAINTNANCE, QUIET respectful neighbors, now THIS is the life. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THE TRAILS AT ROCK CREEK!!!
