Trails at Rock Creek

Bad payment policy, bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Even the credit card company will drop the late charge if you are late one or 2 days. The Trails at Rockcreek will charge you the late fee if you are late by one night eventhough you are unintentionally to be late. And even if you explain to them. I was late 2 days because I forgot the month is 28 days instead of 30 days. They won't tolerate for it.To me it is the rip off policy and bad management. The trails at Rockcreek management people are infexible. They need to be replaced by good people.
