Trails at Rock Creek

Well kept, but HIGH utility costs From: arstro Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have been at Rock Creek for about two months now. Cannot complain about the management and maintenance guys. We have had some minor problems and they were always around at our apartment within 24 hours. The security gates are broken quite often. However it does not really matter since everybody (I really mean that) seems to know the access codes anyway. Apparently a lot of people not living in the subdivision are using their amenities like pool, volleyball court, gym and so on. The management has handed out "pool passes" but is not really enforcing their own rules. Insulation seems to be quite poor. We are running electricity bills of more than $200 for a 2 bedroom unit. Even though we never have cooler temperatures than 75 degrees inside. All in all it is not a bad community but it is showing its age. I am sure there are nicer and newer places out there in NW Houston.
