Staff goes out of their way...

...to take your late fees!

Let me summarize my review up front. I really like these apartments, and my location within the complex. But I have grown to deplore the staff and management.

The day I signed the lease, there were problems. The lease had to be re-written at least once because things like a washer/dryer were left off (which we requeseted up front). It was a headache more than anything. Strike one.

The second thing that really irritated me was when I rushed back home to try to pick up a package from the front office before they closed at their listed 6pm time. I managed to get home and to the office around 5:45-5:50. I walked up to the back door... LOCKED! So I went around to the front... LOCKED AS WELL! So I hang around the side entrance where I know the staff exits for the day. When they finally do, they say, "ooohhh you just missed us!". Yeah right! I WAS there on time, you just closed up shop early! A BIG strike two. That really made me mad.

Finally, with regards to the late fees. I was out of town for an extra day and couldn't make it back to pay rent on time. Would they let the late fee slide this once' Of course not. BAM a $40 fee. I go out of my way to get a CASHEIR's check for them, put in in a nice labeled envelope with who it's from, and turn it in. But guess what, they call later saying they have no idea who the check is from because they already threw away the envelope!

While I really like the place, I can't get around the management and their ignorance, and seemingly lack of caring. My old complex may not have been as nice, but the management was a lot better. I don't know if I'm going to renew my lease when it comes time to.

Hi!
After having read your review, I was thinking that I could not have written any better. People, the place is great, the location is perfect, but the management is most unfriendliest people you would encounter after signing the lease.

Meanwhile, I also deposited a money order worth $250 in a envelope as a deposit for the club house rental. Those ladies out there reported back that they didnt see any money, and just ate it all. Cant believe that this can happen in a professional world, where there stupid system requires to pay only in money orders or cashiers check. Smells fishy.. trust me, its fishy.
