I've lived in these apartments for less than a year and they are awful! There is an atrium in the middle of the 3 complexes they have and it is disgusting and loud! The engine for the "river" is obnoxiously loud and the water is always dirty. Like the other review, NEVER live on the first floor. My apartment has gotten flooded so many times. The carpet will be soaked and all the maintenance men do is add dirt to the outside of your apartment to say it's fixed. The "covered parking" isn't all that covered either. Where I park at, the metal of the parking roof if all messed up and it defeats the whole purpose of parking your car underneath it.
There are tons of idiots here too. There's this one crazy woman who walks around looking for this bird and she came up to me one day screaming.
Do not move here...it is a total JOKE!
The management people are stupid saying they will repair all the messed up places and instead, they waste their money on lawn mowing people every week. The Tree Tops don't even have that much grass around the complex, so why would you need a lawn mowing person'!
There are only 2 dumpsters in the whole complex and they get full fast, and the WM doesn't pick it up often enough.
The pools at this apartment are a joke also. They're so tiny.
