BAD BAD BAD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The management is a joke- they change managers all the time and don't keep track of money paid or promises made. Each new manager kept saying I hadn't paid my dog deposit so I had to keep a copy of the cashed check to keep showing them. One manager will promise you something and then completely disappear the next day! They kept my deposit and I had to talk to the company that owns it in CANADA to get it back THREE months late! Also, keep an eye on your water bills because they will bill you twice for certain days. Also, nothing gets done, nothing gets cleaned and the people who live there are loud and obnoxious. Don't live near the stairs. My toilet never got fixed in the entire year I lived there. The maintenance people broke the light covering and there was glass everywhere. There are also multiple car break ins and the "covered" parking is a joke. I was afraid the cover will fall on my car. And the spots are so small- all the cars have hit the poles at least once. There is also an atrium that is a festering mosquitoe pit and smells like mildew and slime. People also let their dogs pee and poop in it even though they aren't supposed to. Take pictures of everything when you move out because they will try to cheat you out of your deposit and say your apt is a mess. They also have some lawn care guy at 7am on Saturday mornings when there is NO LAWN. The place also smells like piss because people pee their dogs on the property and leave poop on the asphalt. There are much better places to live if you have pets (try 100 Law Way near Richmond and 59- they have their own dog park for their residents!!) The building is also very old. They tried to make it look newer by painting over everything but the walls are crooked, the balconies are falling apart, the railings are falling down, the carpet is cheap and the building smells. DO NOT LIVE HERE. it's a joke.
