Not again From: m_kat3737 Date posted: 1/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   First off i was reffered here and when i first moved in they were the nicest people and then i saw their true side. the management are idiots. when i was moving in they couldnt even tell me how much my montly rent would be. There is dog pee and poop on the carpet inside the hallways and they dont even pick it up. Hope you are a good driver because getting in and out of your spot is a task. The atrium smells like animal pee. And if you have some type of emergency dont hold your breath. my showers hot water knob literly broke off and water was spraying out like a waterfall and it took them over 6 hours to come to my apartment to fix it. The only thing good i can say is they are nice on the inside but for what you are paying you can look elsewhere. They are small with no space. I also recieved a couple of letters about people being mugged or lurking around our apartments. LOOK ELSEWHERE
