I lived here briefly in one of the apartments that faced the alley way between the apts. and very nice townhomes. The apartment was lovely inside with patio doors in the bedroom and the living room. I was on the second floor and in the middle of the night a man dressed all in black hurled himself on my balcony, and was trying the door. Fortunately, I screamed and he literally flew back down and ran. Mortified, I went to the office the next day and pleaded to be released from the lease. All they could do was crack tasteless jokes and relocate me to the third floor at my own expense! The perpetrator was later identified as someone working outside my door watching me come and go for weeks. A contract employee! They never told me about the inconvenient and unsafe repercussions for residents that would come from thier renovations-smiling faces in the office though. Everything is lighthearted and fodder for amusement including an attempted assualt.
