Worse Management From: carolina1601@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 10/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived in the complex since 2003. We are one of the few families that have lived here that long. Ever since the new management came in we have basically been harrased. They keep charging us more and more because we don't want to have a lease with them. My rent has gone up more then 100 dollars in the last couple of months because everytime they give me an amount the next month they give me a higher amount. There was a murder in the parking lot a few weeks ago with the kids outside playing. Now there is graffiti everywhere. Now we are a family that basically only use the apartment to sleep in because we have work and school and are never here. Have never paid late in the almost 4 years that we have been here except for one time and it was an error in the office and that was taken care of through corporate office. Out of the 16 apartments around me us and the family of the boy who was murdered are the only ones that have been here that long yet they have been making us want to leave. I have to call 80 times to get them to send maintance. Now Maintance is really good and nice but the office people I do have a problem with,
