You are right, but in addition, they advertise the club house and weight room as amenities. Guess what?? You'll not get to use either of them.
They brag about their BBQ grills, but most are broken, and unusable.
You'll find that screws come out of door hinges. I've even found hinges held to doors by only paint--no screws!!!!!!!!!
The office help seems to think they are untouchable, as does the manager, Savanah. These people would fit in well in some flea bag property. Prior management was a whole lot better. At least, they kept their books straight!!
These apartments are over-priced, considering what they give the consumer.
