There are a few issues with parking, but the staff seems to be addressing them accordingly (with the issuance of the parking stickers. Maintenance comes for emergency rather quickly, but for general maintenance in a somewhat timely fashion. Neighbors are friendly. Noise levels are as should be expected if you have someone living above you. It would be nice to have a remote to the gates after having been here for nearly six months, but its not something to cry about. The best park' My balcony view of the lake - the serenity is just what I need after a hard day at work/school.
