So-Sp From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   When I first got there I was really impressed, but after a month, my carpet seemed to be showing stains all over the living room, I guess they dyed it, but after vacuuming it up the stains showed all over the carpet. Not to mention the break in, in the garage, it was like a once a month thing, either break ins or getting your car towed because you were parked in the wrong spot, even if the spot was available the entire time you stayed there. I think for 900 it was overrated, if it would have been a drop in cost then, i might have put up with it.
