Improving. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I agree with some of the past reviewers on some of the issues with regards to past problems. However, I have seen a positive change over the past several months. The grounds seem to be better maintained now, and the maintenance has improved. The office employees are more responsive and they are now holding parties for the tenants every month. parking has gotten a little tight lately and that is frustrating.
