First of all this place is far from nice. They do not care enough to even answer the phone or return phone calls. This place far from fun, the fun house it is not. They do have a happy hour, a returant and you pay for it, they have a community breakfast but by the time you get there all the stale pastries are gone and I have never seen any posting for a crime prevention meeting but I have seen lots of crime. I have seen HPD at the complex when they are there with the guns drawn and running after suspects but NEVER did I see any courtesy officers around, unless you are talking about the officers who high fived the pot smokers on the stairs of phase one. They do have intrusion alarms but they are NOT free you have to pay a monthly fee, kind of like the 5.00 trash fee and the water fee and the sewer fee and the "my porch is not clean" fee, when in fact it is not clean because of the upstairs people flooding your patio. It is Oct. 10th and there is still no community safety program that the residents are aware of. And I have left 5 messages myself this month and they have still not been returned. They have alot of prospects, just not alot of renters. There e-mail must be encripted, becuase no one knows it and I have had the same e-mails for 7 years and have never got an emial from the office. The maintanice staff is the BEST! They should run the place! Parking is reserved but when you tell the office that someone is parked in the no parking, handicapped zones or your space, they don't do anything. They the office tells you to have there car towed and gives you the number, so then when you do, those people retaliate against you. The trash is 5.00, why we pay it, I do not know because the trash is always piled up like you see in the comercials for the slums of brazil. The two dumpsters on phase 2 are only enought for one of the 7 buildings. The rates are to high, like 1230.00 for a 1 bed with a den and 1 bath. AS far as PESTS, are we talking the crazy staff or the bugs. I have put in several requests for bug spraying and they always have an excuse, like we couldn't find your key! Get a load of that! I guess it would of been out of the way to knock on the door. The cummunity is somewhat quite on the outside, but once you move inside the neighbors are jumping, singing, swinging, etc. all to the tune of me trying to SLEEP! The gates are already broken, but they keep them open since they are always broken so you can get in! The only time they go beyond is when they go beyond the rent amount and charge you late fees when they infact lost your rent! The doors are open, for about 5 hours during the day, while you knock on the front and they ignore you from inside. And if the staff threatening to call the police on you because you came in upset and wanted them to listen is acommidating then I am George Cluney. The garage does take you to the 3rd floor of one building in Phase 2, so don't let them fool you. They will take your packages at the office, but will lose it for a few days or altogether. So if excitement and agrivation is what you need in life, move on in.

Same people writing the same reviews, your unhappy why dont you just just break your lease.... Find a place where your happier, cause your in HELL now. Dont spoil it for others just cause your life is all dried roses and thorns bushes.... this is insane I cant find a good review anywhere.

Finally an honest answer from ANOTHER resident. Talking about they go beyond the call of duty. LOL! They go beyond the call of dut y to take your money and screw you over. May as well not be a leasing staff, you actually have to contact the reality company to get anything done.

I lived here about three years ago. During my stay, my car was totaled due to a thief stealing a car and running it into my car when an off duty officer shot at the thief. I never saw the off duty officer before or after. There was no community meeting after hearing gunshots or after many cars were left on blocks. Before moving here, make sure you do not go out at night and do not care much for safety.
