I have lived at Meyer park for about a couple of years. The comment about that there are 5 officers that live on site and do patrol is straight up BULL. There were just 5 break-ins this week, and 1 last week. The officers don't do crap...hell iv'e never even seen any of them. You would think that since we pay so much money for these apts. that they could provide some REAL security! The only thing the on-site officers are doing is is gathering free rent and not doing thier job. The garage is unsafe and I feel unsafe everytime I walk in it. I bet the staff would care more if it were thier property being broken into, cause they look like they could care less about everyone elses belongings!

WOW.... Its ashame what residents say just because they dont get their way or because they are mad about something that happened thats obvisouly out of control! We have had 5 (FIVE) MANDATORY saftey meetings with all the courtesy officers there for the residents to meet and greet, and to discuss whats going on in the community. less than 20% of the residents attended out of 665 residents. WE DO OUR PART AND WE DO CARE. WE WILL NOT STAND FOR UPSET RESIDENTS TO MAKE UP LIES ON THIS WEB PAGE! WE CAN NOT OFFER SAFTEY AS A AMENITY. WE HAVE DONE ALL THAT WE CAN TO MAKE THIS COMMUNITY COMFORTABLE. IF YOU WERE ONE OF THE VICTUMS OF A CAR BREAK IN PLEASE COME IN THE OFFICE LIKE AN ADULT IM SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNIL THIS HAPPENED, INSTEAD OF BLAMING THE THIEF WE GET BLAMED. Wow, it seems like they have someone on staff every day for the sole purpose of posting on this site, posting good reviews and responses to all the bad reviews. If this was really a good apartment complex, would they really have to do that? Would they have to go through all the trouble of checking for bad reviews and trying to "combat" them all the time? And posting good reviews with "information" and pictures and everything? That's pathetic. I lived in this complex from May '06 to December '06 and it was the most awful 7 months I've ever experienced. I posted a long review explaining all of my troubles with this cocmplex and urging that people take what I have to say to heart and not move here, but it somehow, mysteriously, got erased and disappeared like a week later. Hmm, the person on staff everyday to monitor this site must be getting good reviews from the management. haha I feel sorry for anyone living there now or moving in in the future.
Oh and another thing, don't post anonymously and then write things like "our residents" and "we do care".....DUH!! Hopefully people know to watch for things like that and not take those reviews and responses seriously.

Meyer park claims to have 24 security but when my car got stolen, there was no cameras what so ever. So they are full of crap.

ASL115... I absolutely agree. It's unbelieveable that they have time to sit online and respond to customers/potential customer's opinions. Not only that, they don't have the nerve to post their real name. Why is every response I see coming from management ALWAYS Anonymous.
All I can say is, I signed a 10 month lease and I CANNOT WAIT to get out of here!!!!
