Good and bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived here since November 2007 and will be moving out in July to a new community. To be honest for what you get and for the location the price is right. I am in a one study and I pay $955 and I looked around for awhile before. The "newer" side is the best side - quality is WAY WAY better. Now the mgnt. SUCKS! When i moved in they had to give me assigned parking approx. 1/4 of the way around the complex from where my unit was located. they told me when they got openings they would MAKE SURE i got a spot it has been what 6 months and I had asked multiple times and I am still where i started. Also I for awhile was going to just upgrade to a 2 bedroom and I went in and she told me she was too busy to show me and i had to come back - will screw you i would of waited i was in no hurry but DO NOT tell me YOU DONT HAVE TIME!! also in my study they were supposed to come out and fix the sliding closet door it was off the track when i moved in and currently it is still broken. The washer overflowed a few weeks ago and the 24 hr maintence guy came out he was very quick but he told me he could not help.
