DO NOT LIVE HERE! I read all the reviews and walked around and thought there is no way this place could really be like this. I was wrong. I currently live here still because my lease is not up, but the second it is I am gone. I have issues every single month and the apartment complex managers do nothing to help it. Kristen actually one of the main managers is the cause of most of them. Not only is she a horrible manager she's also reckless when off duty swerving and speeding through the parking lot and coming home late drunk and loud. I signed a 1 year contract and half way through my stay I was told my rent had gone up almost 200 dollars and I was also told twice to move out because my lease was up, and if that wasn't bad enough I was told in notes left on my door for everyone to see in SPANISH!, I don't even speak spanish. Today construction began on the roof of the apartments at 6:45AM! with no warning. Nails and roof have fallen all over my patio and woken me and everyone in my area up. Lastly I have someone come into my apartment twice now with no permission or advance warning and they once again leave me a hand written note on a a napkin or whatever else they can find telling me they had been in. Showers never stay warm and powers has gone out a few times.
