I have lived in Tuscany gate for a year now, in that time there has been nothing but problems. First there was a break in across the hall from me. A girl who lived alone was almost raped. When tenants asked the management about it they clained it was a hoax so the girl could get out of her lease. I don't know about you, but I am not lying to the police about something like that. Around tax return time, our mail boxes were broken into. The tenants were not notified. After about a week of not receiving mail, I called the post office to see if there was a problem, they told. When called the office to complain, they said it was not their responsibility. Well then who is supposed to tell us'
The water main busted in our parking lot it took them over a week to clean up the problem, but they still have not filled in the hole they dug.
The gates never work. THey change the gate codes without informing the residents.
I asked them to replace my patio door with a door that has a key lock instead of just a dead bolt, they acted like I asked them to tear down the building. The back doors have glass panes in them, anyone could break the glass and open the door.
Speaking of safety, it took me 4 months to finally get an answer on who installed our security alarms. You have to pay to have them monitored yourself, but you can't get them monitored if you don't know who to call.
It is just a mess over there!
