Years at this apartment: 2001 - 1999
 
i moved out about 3.5 years ago and hope that i could get a good amount of deposit back. unfortunately not... $400 was how much that i deposited and i only got $130 back. during the time that i stayed there for 3 years, i kept the place nice and neat. when i moved out, i clean the place real good and that was all i got back. they went through and marked everything. i was so pissed off...

so all the new tenants, good luck on your deposit...
