Overall not worth the price.
You can see the place falling apart.
There's mold everywhere, the toilets are weak, the appliances usually work, and if they don't it'll take a while to get them fixed. Howerver, They did replace a perfectly good miniblind for me (without my request or permission to enter). The security gates are always broken and don't work even when they are functional. 2 weeks ago 15 vehicles (including mine) were vandalized and/or burglarized in a single night. I can go on for ever. I don't recommend the property.
