The management is rude, incompetent, harassing and fake. The maintenance is never timely and sometime they repair the wrong things, and when they do repair something it us usually crappy work. There is no place no bbq and there are virtually no tenant activities. The corporate office is shiesty. I have had problems with the Richdale Group practically ever month that I have lived there. I would not recommend their properties to anyone ever. The management is the worst part; they are horrible people and do not know what customer service is! It makes you wonder where they find these people. Run as fast as you can and don't be fool by their initial charm if you are lucky enough to experience any. They always change employees every time you turn around. This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived in my life and I truly regret ever living there.

All of you people with bad reviews, just seem to be those people who think that customer service means having someone kiss your ass and act as your servant. You probably have never worked in customer service before and you are spoiled rotten and feel that to demand is to receive. All of your complaints are petty and silly. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and I know now that customer "perception" is usually worlds away from reality. Calm your ass down and remember to be reasonable and patient, especially when there are things you don't know. For instance, you people who are upset about problems getting fixed slowly----Did you ever stop to think that you are NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER ON THE PLANET!!?????!!!! Yes, there are other people with problems---every day, all over the world. Each problem must be corrected one by one. And what if the complex needs to call a repair man from another company. That repair company has OTHER PROBLEMS TO TAKE CARE OF ALSO. How stupid are you people? You are not the only person that exists on this planet, let alone the complex YOU CHOOSE TO OCCUPY!!! I have never worked in an apartment complex before, but if I had to deal with irrate, unreasonable, ignorant spoiled idiots like you, I would kill myself. Oh and by the way, if you think the repair jobs are crappy, then you must feel that you know something about "repairing things". If you are such a great judge of "quality repair", THEN DO IT YOURSELF AND GET THE COMPLEX TO PAY YOU!!!

Cris725, why are you so angry? You must work for Tuscany since you are so defensive. If you don't work for Tuscany then you are pathetic and really need to find other ways to spend your time. You ought to go get a real life and a real job. I have experience with Tuscany and if you had any type of experience with Tuscany as a tenant, you would be on our bandwagon too. For your information, I have worked in direct customer service positions in the past, so I know how bad some customers can be. But I can tell you, I always maintained a basic level of SELF dignity, pride and professionalism that came from good home-training not from job training. I never stooped to the level of a bad customer because my momma taught me better than that. Make no mistake, customers pay the salaries of customer service personnel. Customer service is defined as, "assistance and other resources that a company provides to the people who buy or use its products or services". Tuscany tenants not only use apartments, they PAY good money for the use of apartments. Therefore, it is within reason that tenants expect at least a basic level of proper customer service. Everyone has heard, "you get what you pay for". So, it is within reason for Tuscany tenants to expect a higher level of proper customer service since they pay good money for the use of their apartments. A higher level of expectation for customer service does not mean that tenants expect someone to kiss our asses. It means that tenants expect RESPECT and expect to have our needs addressed in a timely and professional manner. Apartment management and personnel should expect their tenants to have needs day in and day out. Tuscany should be prepared to meet the those needs, not be surprised and overwhelmed by them. If Tuscany can not handle meeting the needs of their tenants, then that is THEIR problem and it is a problem that should be addressed and corrected. Tuscany gives customer service a bad name because they stoop to the lowest standards imaginable. Tuscany has a poor reputation and their tenants are so unhappy that they feel the need to inform others. So many tenants cannot all be crazy. We understand that we are not the only tenant, but come on, why should we need to call a the Tuscany management office several times for STUPID stuff? For example, if you make a service request, chances are, the Tuscany employees did not even generate a work-order because they forgot or whatever. So, it is not like we wait because Tuscany is so busy, no, we wait because some stupid bimbo did not even generate a work-order in the first place. What are they being paid for? They get paid to write work-orders and make sure they follow-up on those orders. Hello! Tuscany should to hire people that can write a work-order properly and they should hire people that can read the damn things. If I request work on XY & Z, then I expect at some point that XY & Z will be taken care of. I get real surprised when XY & Z is not taken care of, but AB & C was. Why? Because there is total miscommunication between the person who generated the work-order and the person assigned to do the actual work. Either the bimbo behind the desk did not write a proper work-order or the illiterate person that was assigned to do the actual work order can't understand written English language. Hello! I am not some kind of maintenance man, but I know crappy work when I see crappy work. I know when someone did not repair what I asked to be repaired, but instead repaired something NOT requested, something totally different and something that wasn't even broken in the first place. How idiotic is that and how frustrated would you be? I work very hard for a living and I am not a maintenance man, so I am not about to work all day at my job and then come home to start doing some repairs on my apartment too. I do NOT work for Tuscany so I am not going to do THEIR job. I pay a lot of money in rent for TUSCANY to do the repairs on their own property. Heeeeeeeeeello!!?? Furthermore, if you know anything about Tuscany's crazy-ass lease contract, you would know that tenants are not allowed to assume the responsibly of a maintenance man and or do repairs on their apartments. Even if I did do the repairs myself, I would not be reimbursed by Tuscany. Haven't you read what other tenants wrote about Tuscany NOT refunding tenant deposits? How successful do you think I would be in trying to get reimbursed for me doing THEIR job? It is too bad that the Tuscany employees did not receive home- training from an old school mother like I did. If they did, then they might not be such losers! Let me tell you one damn thing, if you do not have any experience with Tuscany, then you can shut-the-hell-up because you are making comments about something that you know absolutely nothing about. Since you are so gung-ho about Tuscany, go rent from them ??? it would serve you right! When you have walked one long hot country mile in my shoes then I will entertain what you have to say. Until then, get back to work, I am sure you have a wonderful customer service job and you personally enjoy making someone's life a living hell! As terrible of an experience as I have had with Tuscany, they can not only as you say, "kiss my ass", but they can LICK my ass too!! |
