Below is a 02/28/06 letter I mailed to Richdale Group. I replaced the manager's actual name with "NEW MANAGER" to comply with apartmentratings.com guidelines. My wife and I lived at Tuscany (1100 Bering) from 1995 to 2003 and Tuscany Lane (1615 Bering) from 2003 to present.
LETTER TO RICHDALE GROUP:
My wife and I have lived at Tuscany many years and we just renewed our lease at Tuscany Lane. One reason why we decided to stay another year is the good management. Since NEW MANAGER arrived, things are better
than before.
NEW MANAGER has been especially helpful. The office staff has handled requests/problems competently and courteously. Maintenance requests are handled
very well with attention to get high priority items done immediately and
let low priority items wait a day or two. Management stays on top of property upkeep outside our apartment handling some things soon after I notice they need attention.
We appreciate the good job NEW MANAGER, the office and maintenance people are doing and hope this will continue. Thank you.

There's not a new manager! There is still the same ol' sorry manager there always was working there. Nothing has changed. Maybe some people got wise and quit, but is was not the manager. You are mistaken. The manager and all the employees are still pathetic.
