The management is horrible and they will do everything to steal your deposit when you leave. You will never see your deposit back even if there is no problems with the apartments. Maintenance is bad and unprofessional

Has anyone disputed their deposit stealing? I sent mine to Richdale the other day. They have no foundation for their erroneous accusations.
