I stopped by the leasing office for the Tuscany properties the other day as I was apartment shopping. I had a bad feeling about the place from the time I walked in the door. The employees barely acknowledged my existence when I walked in the door. I waited a very long time for someone to even speak to me; I never felt welcomed there. No one smiled, the information about the apartments was not forthcoming, the employee that was assisting me seemed dingy and the work crew was rather creepy. There was a resident in the office at the same time I was in there and she was totally upset about several things and she and the employee argued loudly which made me uncomfortable. I did not have a great impression of the place at all. I will not be renting there especially after reading what others are saying about the management and the apartments in general. No thanks; I'm not that desperate!
