Great until the move-out From: faith0701 Date posted: 6/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I thought this apartment complex was pretty good. Maintenance requests were done within the week (better than the norm), parking was pretty good, and the apartment was a great value. I recommended it to everyone as a great value and great location. However, when I received my move-out check, I was unfairly dealt with as I was accused of having large stains on the carpet that never existed and they swindled me out of almost all of my 400 dollar deposit. I've read several other of these reviews that seem to sound the same. Swindled out of all their deposit. They refuse to walk the apartment with you upon move-out. Be careful, guys!
