Horrible Maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Anytime there was a problem at all it took at least a week to fix and then you had to call a minimum twice to get anyone to come at all!!! My first night in the apartment, i dropped a load of laundry in the washer and left. A few hours later came home to find my entire apt. flooded. It took them 3 days to come clean up all the water and then left a horrible mess!!
