Even though Time Warner is ready to offer cable and TV services for $60 per month. The management is forcing residents to pay them $40 for the basic service which is totally riduculous.

This is really riduculous. How can the apartment as well as Comcast charge us both at the same time for one service they provide. I think we all should sue this apartment and Comcast.

I am dealing with this now too, when I signed I had already set up comcast service, so the office had me sign something they said was to allow them to turn on the service to the apartment, much to my dismay I didnt read it fully and its an agreement to keep comcast the duration of my lease, I was disappointed with comcast after a week and had decided to switch when they dropped this bomb, can they even do that! So I can switch to satellite but they will continue to add basic service to my rent anyway
