The apartments themselves are nice and cozy however, the leasing office and corporate office are not. If you have any kind of maintenance issue you will have to call 3 or 4 times to complain before anything is done. And when you do call be prepaied to be treated with out any courtesy or helpfulness as if you were a bother. Also, God forbid another storm hit you might not ever get to live in your apt again but don't be late paying a single thing!Anything after the exact date is late and due to a 50 dollar charge. Also be prepaited to pay $40 for basic cable and not be able to have maintenance come after hours for your ac, even in a 100 degree TX weather.
