Staff has been extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Maybe there's been problems in the past, but things have been great for the two months that I've been here. Maintenance has been quick to respond, and usually did a superior job. Definitely take a look if you're shopping in this GREAT location!

Hello!, I saw your review, can you tell me which kind of problems did you have in the couple of months you have been living there? I am interested in moving there, but the reviews are not as good as I can see. Thanks!

Don't do it!!! You will regret it!! Maintenance is not quick to respond (even if your roof is leaking), your A/C going out is not listed as an emergency and will not be fixed after hours - HELLO its Houston A/C is important. I am sure you can find something similar for the same price.
