The location is great for a lot of things and I was excited to be moving here a year and a half ago. However, there is a lot of noise at Tuscany Gate; #1 - don't get an apartment near the entrance gates. They frequently malfunction, causing major noise issues. #2 - be aware you are living behind a strip shopping center and there is truck noise in the very early morning (4:00 am) for either deliveries or garbage pickup.

When maintenance issues associated with the gate noise are reported, it takes a minimum of 3 requests (sometimes 5) to get any action.

Probably moving when my lease is up for renewal soon...
